Why Gateway?
Gateway Academy was formed in the summer of 2023 through the merger of two high-performing charter schools (Achieve Community Charter School and People’s Prep Charter School) to form a single K-12 continuum. Our merger will allow us to start our college access work earlier in our students’ development and afford us the opportunity to produce game-changing results for generations to come. Additionally, through our partnership with the BRICK Education Network, we’ll now be able to provide all of our families access to their full ecosystem of wraparound services.

Mission
Together with families and the community, People’s Achieve Community Charter School nurtures students’ intellect and identities in order to prepare them to graduate from college and to chart their own course.
